All of the numerous moving parts and interactive functionality are just so well and strongly attached that it really is a wonder why so many other manufacturers just can’t build to this standard.

This baby walker is visually all that you could want and has been carefully colored to appeal highly to the very youngest of curious types.

It is surprising how so much interactive fun has been built into this single walker and is probably why you will find it entertaining your child a LOT longer than other walkers available today.

The clever removable face plate play pad is a great idea that makes this walker entirely suitable for the 9 month olds that may be not quiet at standing / walking pace yet.

Once your little one is past their crawling stage, attach the face plate to provide a full on interactive free standing / rolling walker.

There are three spinning rollers set in that spin when turned, which is great for developing your child’s motor skills…plus they seem to love to see those brightly colored rollers spin away.

There are three shape buttons that light up brightly for both pure fun as well as introduction to shape recognition, without actually needing to ‘teach’ them the shapes.

The play telephone is a particular favorite for all ages and is a well shaped piece for the intended smaller hands.

There are also spinning gears and opening barn doors….just for added fun and pure play.

Learning

The Sit-To-Stand Learning Walker is not just about pure fun and nothing else.

VTech has taken the opportunity to combine more fun things into this walker that actually begin the first stages of later development and understanding.

The baby walker has 5 piano keys on it that play musical notes when pressed and you will find your child pressing them ALL the time.

For a more advanced, but still totally fun experience, there are three shape sorters built in to really reinforce and develop those basic shape recognition and primary thinking skills.

Usage

For the very youngest of infants that can’t walk yet, the removable face panel, that contains a whole host of fun items detaches for your younger one to play with on the floor whilst sitting.

The face plate can be pushed by them across the floor, so as to develop the stage towards them walking.

Unlike many walkers and walker parts, there is no risk of this plate simply sliding out from under a not fully in control infant.

Once your child starts to progress towards walking, you can snap the face plate back onto the top of the VTech Sit To Stand Learning Walker and they can work on those walking step by pushing the walker around.

As you can probably tell from this review, I do absolutely love this walker and it is heaps better than the two other ‘highly recommended’ ones that I bought previously.

Although I do still have the other two, they are no longer as popular since this VTech arrived and have now been stored in the ‘baby transit’ room in the house, where I put all of those baby items that we no longer need, but I just can’t throw out….just yet….just in case!
