The Summer Infant Day and Night Flat Screen is an ample 7 inch size, which is larger than a lot of monitors in this price range.

The overall look and design of the monitor is highly functional, intuitive and neutrally appealing.

It is nice to see that this particular model of screen has actually got a tilt and swivel base that actually tilts and swivels more than the usual so that you can angle it all the way down to get a proper view from a lying position in your bed, without the need to poke your head up to get a proper view.

There is no fancy touch sensitive buttons or overly complicated menu systems, which for many is a huge simplicity plus and also means less things to go wrong and need repairing.

Most people will not need that extra 50 feet, as 350 feet in the standard home seems more than enough.
